    NASHVILLE (BP) -- Philadelphia pastor K. Marshall Williams, in the hours prior to the grand jury report declining to indict a white police officer in the shooting death of an 18-year-old black, observed:

    BUFFALO, N.Y. (BP) -- Following a weekend of snow removal in upstate New York, Southern Baptist disaster relief volunteers are now turning their energy toward flood mitigation.

    Some 200 DR volunteers around Buffalo have been clearing paths for local residents to exit their front doors and back out of their driveways after parts of the region received seven feet of snow from a storm that has left 13 dead. Read More

    DHAKA, Bangladesh (BP) -- Two pastors in northwestern Bangladesh could each face two years in prison if convicted of "hurting religious sentiments."

    Police arrested the pastors Nov. 9 along with 41 people listening to their preaching at a rented house in Nabinagar village 186 miles northwest of Dhaka after at least 100 Muslims disrupted the meeting and began "jabbing" at the church leaders' faces, sources said. Read More
