FamilyNet’s ‘At Home — Live!’ marks 5 years, 1,000 programs


FORT WORTH, Texas (BP)–FamilyNet celebrated the five-year anniversary and 1,000th show of “At Home — Live!” with Chuck and Jenni Borsellino! on April 1.

The program featured various humorous moments with Chuck and Jenni in the studio and video highlights of special guests who have appeared on the show over the years.

“When our viewers see Chuck and Jenni every day, the show sometimes looks effortless, but in reality it is a collaborative effort that takes hours of work and sacrifice by many people,” said Martin Coleman, FamilyNet COO and executive producer of At Home — Live. “We are blessed to have a team with the talent and commitment to sustain a show with such high quality for so many years.”

At Home — Live! with Chuck & Jenni Borsellino is a live one-hour family morning show produced by FamilyNet similar to other major network morning shows, only with a Christian perspective. The daily program features a variety of topics, practical information and wise counsel relating to the home, family and relationships.

Among the program’s guests have been Kathie Lee Gifford, Chuck Norris, Kirk Cameron, Mary Lou Retton, George Foreman, A.C. Green, Orel Hershiser, Zig Ziglar, Josh McDowell, Franklin Graham, Anne Graham Lotz, Cliff Barrows, George Beverly Shea, Oliver North, Charles Stanley, Max Lucado, Ben Kinchlow, Pat Robertson, Gary Chapman and Robert Schuller.

Among the program’s musical guests have been John Tesh, Charlie Daniels, Ricky Skaggs, the Oak Ridge Boys, Larry Gatlin, Randy Travis, Larnelle Harris, Gloria Gaither, Steven Curtis Chapman, Michael W. Smith, Jars of Clay and Point of Grace.

FamilyNet Television, a 24-hour faith-based network with studios in Fort Worth, Texas, airs more than 50 hours each week of original, values-based cable programs that appeal to all ages, including live interviews, news and current events with such public policy experts as Janet Parshall and Jay Sekulow, music specials, children’s shows, documentaries and the best in Sunday worship from churches around the country.
